As you see by the pillar growing out of my head, I have plenty of ideas, some of which I inflict on my living quarters at Treetop Cottage.

The photo on the left was taken in the room where I work, looking out over the tree tops. In the far distance I can just see the aircraft taking off and landing at London Heathrow.
Writing travel literature for British Airways was one of the most exciting jobs I've had as a copywriter. Another was working in 'Ulcer Gully' - Madison Avenue, New York.
Among a ragbag of other assignments as writer, cartoonist and even popular psychologist, I edited the first issue of the much-reprinted book, 'Accelerated Learning'.
I've an MA (Masters degree) in English from Oxford University.
For two years I edited and produced The Jester, a professional cartoonists' newsletter for the CCGB (Cartoonists' Club of Great Britain).
These days I spend most of my time on the net. (That's when I'm not reading whodunnits on my mobile phone!)
